Our Summer K.I.C.C. Off- Keeping it Cool & Classy, is a youth empowerment fundraiser that will be hosted by S.O.A.R. on June 11, 2022 at Anthony Amalfe Community Center in Roselle, NJ from 2-6pm. We will celebrate our youth as they use this platform to exercise their creative abilities, showcasing their gifts, talents, and passions. We hope that you can join us for this amazing event, and most importantly, in support of our youth!! See flyer for details and we hope to see you all there. My Inspiration
My journey began the moment I sank my feet into the pristine golden sands of Oistins, Barbados. I had never seen a body of water so clear, so clean, so blue. I was an inner city high school student enrolled in my school’s Travel and Tourism Magnet program. It marked the first of many trips I would take through the program, and it would be my first experience traveling outside of the country, seeing the world from a much different and more diverse lens. It changed my life and ultimately my way of living it! Now it’s my time to plant that seed and PAY IT FORWARD!”

To be a proficiently performing academic organization, with a nationally and internationally recognized program noted for showcasing the potential of our inner-city youth. To promote values, integrity, and respect for others and their community while broadening individual scholastic achievement.
The Seed Idea
Through S.O.A.R., my desire is that our youth will have the same opportunities granted to them that I was afforded, to travel abroad, create a better future, make connections, build empires, pay it forward, and see that the sky isn’t really the limit, but merely the view.
