S.O.A.R. is a multifaceted 501c3 non-profit organization aimed at empowering youth in underserved communities to become future change agents, excelling in their academics while leading the charge in the fields of hospitality, travel, business, and entrepreneurship.

A free virtual bootcamp that empowers youth with the fundamentals of business, entrepreneurship, and hospitality, helping them gain real-world skills, global awareness, and leadership experience to thrive in both industries and beyond.

A unique hybrid bootcamp that blends virtual learning with in-person experiences, equipping youth with hands-on skills in business, entrepreneurship, and hospitality while building leadership, teamwork, and real-world connections.

Inspiring campus visits that expose students to the college experience, helping them envision their future, explore academic paths, and set educational goals.
